In no event shall Exones or its affiliates be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, loss of profit, or due to business interruption, or any game-related bans) arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, even if Exones has been notified of the possibility of such damage.
You agree to indemnify and hold Exones harmless from any claims, losses, liability, or expenses (including attorney's fees) made against them by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Software.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our operating jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Exones reserves the right to revise or change these terms at any time without notice. By continuing to use the Software, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms of Service.
